これから、登場回数も増えてくるメニューですね＾＾
おでんもいろいろありますね
関西風、関東風に静岡＾＾
九州や東北で食べたのも、みんな個性豊かでおいしいですね
今日は
和風のポトフ・・西洋おでん？です
冷蔵庫に残ってるお野菜類です
ゴボウ、ジャガイモ、ニンジン、にタマネギ。
墓のお野菜、レンコンやブロッコリーとか、なんでもＯＫ
もちろんちくわとか、ごぼ天とか、ゆで卵に大根。
お鍋にお水
そこに、干ししいたけと昆布
コンソメ一個
弱火でじっくりと出汁を出していきます
そして、適当にカットしたお野菜ほり込んで15分ぐらいです
柔らかく煮えたら
昨日作った燻製のウインナー一本入れちゃいます
これで、ぐっと旨味と香りとコクがアップして
1日煮込んだ味と変わりなく作れます
ここで味見、今回は塩無し、塩分はウインナーとコンソメのみの仕上げ
最後にごまと青海苔で出来上がり～～
あったかい一品の完成です
味のポイントは燻製したウインナーです
これが入るか入らないかで、まったく味が変わります
燻製なんて・・・・なら同じウインナー
まずは、網でグリルしてください
ここで、まずこんがり焼き目をつけると、同じようなお味になります
そのまま、袋からウインナー入れずに、一手間ですが、ウインナー焼きましょう
フライパンで空焼きでもいいですよ、決してオイルでソテーしない！ここメソッド☆
ぜひどうぞ～～
たくさん土鍋で作ってお鍋風にしてもいいですね
